SUPPLEMENTS ARE GOOD FOR THE EYES

If asked what is the best supplement for eyes, most will respond to vitamin A which does have the function of maintaining the health of the retina and prevent dry eye, also, vitamin A deficiency can also lead to a condition called xerophtalmia, marked by shortsighted when dusk arrived.  - Lutein, i.e. substances that help prevent cataracts as well as keeping the eye condition, especially for you who often had to concentrate with the view. Lutein is found in many fruits and vegetables such as carrots, black soybeans, seaweed, blueberries, spinach and pumpkin.

 - Copper, which is a mineral that serves to keep the levels of antioxidant enzymes in the eye. This substance could be consumed through supplements or foods such as whole wheat products, Oyster, and nuts.
